- Unopened and in its original packaging
- Unused, untampered, and stored properly
We Cannot Accept:
- Purchased within the last 14 days
- Products past expiry or damaged after delivery
- Items made to order or non-returnable
- Goods unsealed for hygiene reasons

Gifts and Return Credit
If your item was received as a gift and marked as such during purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit or digital voucher once we receive your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
